The Harvest Baptist Christian Academy’s mission includes “Empowering students with the wisdom, knowledge and determination needed to become successful, productive, Christian leaders of tomorrow.”
The Harvest Baptist Christian Academy (HBCA) is an education ministry of Harvest Baptist Church. The Academy was established in 1996 out of the pressing need in our community for a Christ-centered educational alternative.
The increasing demand for an option to public education is evident in our rapid growth from 15 students in 1996 to 76 in grades k4-12th grade in 2000. Because of facility constraints the Harvest Baptist Christian Academy currently enrolls 58 students of all races from K4 to 8th grade.
HBCA offers a strong academic, Christian curriculum and a reasonable tuition base. In addition, HBCA teaches students to think with a Christian world view. One that teaches young men and women to dedicate their lives to serve God, either in full time service or in their daily work and family lives. A Christian education that assures the breath and depth in learning necessary for academic skills, vocational competencies, and personal growth.
HBCA is working diligently with Harvest Baptist Church and The First Harvest Foundation to generate resources to purchase property and expand classroom and recreational facilities.
